It's nice to get the encouragement. It seems I've publicly set a pretty daunting task before me, and the more comments and suggestions I get the easier it should be. And TomR, I agree, the hardest part can be just narrowing down a huge universe of possibilities into a single thing to start. I have no idea if my ESL jobs site will have any success, but I figure even if it's a complete catastrophe, I will have learned a lot that can help me for my next attempt. As in all thing, I guess the key is to just keep chipping away. :) TomR and Qwertz,
